Endo-01 is an animatronic that appears in Five Nights at Freddy's, FNaF World, and Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery.

Five Nights at Freddy's

Endo-01 appears in the backstage camera, deactivated. Occasionally, it will stare at the camera, along with all the heads. Aside from this, nothing noteworthy happens.

Endo 01 appears in FNaF world as a protagonist, it has a chance to appear in the Pinwheel Circus and if it is defeated then it will join your party and become a playable character.

Endo 01 has the following attacks,

		Increases the party's attack for a limited time.
		Increases the party's defense for a limited time.
		Three endos will help you fight by shooting laser rays at random enemies.

Special Delivery

Endo-01 appears as the base animatronic in Special Delivery. On top of occupying all workshop slots by default, it functions as the starter enemy. Like other characters, Endo-01 has the following attack methods:

• Charge
  • Can be either Cloaked or Uncloaked. If Uncloaked, shock.
• Haywire

Trivia

• Despite appearing in the original Five Nights at Freddy's game, Endo-01 doesn't actually attack the player until Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery.
• Endo-01 was planned as an antagonist for Ultimate Custom Night, showing on the roster in it's Adventure form. However, it was later replaced by Withered Bonnie.
• Despite having normal animatronic eyes inside of the gameplay, it's Beta and Trailer version both have black eyes with red pupils, with gray circles surrounding them.
• It's adventure form is particularly different from his regular version. It has a wider torso as well as having a red circle on it's torso.

• Endo-01 is the only antagonist in Special Delivery who can be obtained in the workshop that does not have an obtainable lure.

Flamethrower Bare Endo is a skin in Five Nights at Freddy's Special Delivery. As he is a skin, his mechanics and animations are identical to Endo-01. As he was an event character, he can no longer be found roaming naturally.

Appearance

Flamethrower Endo-01 is very similar to it's base counterpart, however it has some noteworthy changes. The Endoskeleton itself appears very similar to Grim Foxy's endoskeleton, having a molten lava appearance, with it's face covered by a mask. It's also got two tanks on it's back, and holding a Flamethrower.

Trivia

• Flamethrower Bare Endo is the first Endo-01 skin to be added.
  • As Illumix didn't make the skin system with the intent of Bare Endo skins, the system didn't support them at first, meaning for now it remains separate.

Dark Waters Bare Endo is a skin in Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery, introduced as the first skin of the Wicked Tides event on May 20th, 2021.

Appearance

Contrary to other Endoskeletons, Dark Waters Endo is themed more closely around an Angler Fish. The entire endo is various shades of blue, with bright white eyes sticking out, alongside fins on the side of it's head. Being an angler fish, a glowing light sticks out of the top of it's head.

The overall torso shape resembles Funtime Foxy, albeit colored blue and with many gaps to see into. Inside of the torso has a glow, illuminating the area around it in shades of orange and purple. The arms and legs are covered in a seethrough, fur-like material.
